Frequently Asked Questions
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and WebP files. For best results, we recommend vector files (SVG or PDF) at 300 DPI with CMYK color mode.
What is the difference between the tiers?
Core Series uses 12-pass printing with matte/gloss options. Signature Series uses 16-pass with single embossing. Elevated Series uses our premium 32-pass printing with double embossing for maximum impact.
How long does production take?
Standard orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after proof approval. Rush options are available for an additional fee.
What is the Print Prep fee?
Every order needs print-ready artwork, and our prep fee depends on the shape your file arrives in. If you send us a print-ready file that is vectorized with proper cut lines, bleed, and gloss swatches already set, we charge a flat $10 setup fee to get it dialed in for production. If your file is vectorized but missing the cut lines, bleed, or gloss swatches, the fee is $25 to add what is needed. If you send us a raster image that needs to be vectorized from scratch plus cut lines, bleed, and gloss swatches built out, the fee is $50 for the full file rework.
