Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Elevated Printing ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of order placement. For Zelle and Cash App orders, your order is reserved for 14 days pending receipt of payment.

Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, or other creative files, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all such materials and that their use by Elevated Printing in the production of your order does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You grant Elevated Printing a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce your submitted artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Elevated Printing retains all rights to its own designs, branding, website content, and proprietary processes. No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

Proof Approval

A digital proof will be provided for your review before production begins. Production commences only after you provide written approval of the proof. By approving a proof, you accept full responsibility for any errors present in the approved design, including but not limited to spelling, layout, and color.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elevated Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising from or related to your use of our services or any order placed, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated in these terms. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Shawnee County, Kansas.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
